GT Resources
On this page, you'll find some links to some useful information on the GT
Series...
GTPlanet.net
http://www.gtplanet.net
This site is great for a resource for ANY of the GT games, for ANY version
(NTSC/JPN/EUR/etc). Car Lists, Screen Shots, Race Reports, and other
resources that will help you through any problem you may encounter. One of
the biggest benefits of their site is the reporting of common bugs and glitches
that affect EVERY video game, which will prove instrumental in doing things
"right".
Gamefaqs.com
http://www.gamefaqs.com/
This is another great resource to use for any game, any platform. They
offer plenty of downloadable/saveable guides and checklists, but doesn't offer
as complete of a breakdown for this (these) particular game(s) as GTPlanet does (both require some digging).
The **Official** Gran Turismo Website
http://www.gran-turismo.com/
While this site won't necessarily help anyone complete their gamesave, there's
no better place for other information on the GT series games as from those who
created it. You can find plenty of GT-related news there, including news
regarding future releases.
The Official PlayStation Website
http://www.us.playstation.com/
For the same reasons as above, I'm providing this link. You'll find all
sorts of information on the platform for which this great game was created.
If you're experiencing problems with your console, their support section can
help out, even for a 5-year old box! They serve as a reliable "repair
shop", even when your warranty is up, and their turn-around times are not too
bad at all. You'd have to be really bad off, deep into the throes of PS
Addiction, to miss it...
Wikipedia's Gran Turismo Article
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gran_Turismo_(series)
For some more trivial information, you can visit Wikipedia's GT page...
GTTimes.com
http://www.gttimes.com/
I, and many others, have submitted our GT3 Times to this site. While I
haven't used it in a long time, it's a great site to use for comparison to other
GT gamers around the world. They only offer time-reporting for GT3, but in
the forum section you'll find more information on GT4 and GT5.
I really didn't find much utility from other sites... Other than my own!!
I'll try to provide more utility to GT gamers as time goes on and more of the
site is built, but don't hold your breath.
As always,
Have A Great Drive!
